How We Serve Our Community

Service is a key focus of our practice because we believe that God calls us to serve those in need.

Anonymous Angels

Erskine & Blackburn are called to give back to the community.

Since 2004, God has used Erskine & Blackburn to establish and grow the Anonymous Angels Serving Project, a Christmas outreach dedicated to serving children and families in need at Galindo Elementary School. What began with 100 children at Galindo Elementary being "adopted" by generous Angels who provided Christmas gifts has grown into a life-changing ministry that has impacted thousands of children and families ever since.

The project expanded over the years and the Anonymous Angels began serving additional schools and community organizations, including Community New Start in the St. John’s neighborhood and American Youthworks. Today, the Anonymous Angels Serving Project intentionally serves at least 250 children and their families each year at Galindo Elementary, ensuring each child experiences the joy, gifts, and love of Jesus Christ in a tangible way. If you would like to become an Anonymous Angel by helping make a difference in the life of a child and family, we invite you to contact us and join us in serving our community.

God used Mark and Blake to establish the Anonymous Angels Serving Project in 2004 by enrolling Angels to adopt 100 children at Galindo Elementary School and spend at least $100 for Christmas gifts for these children. 95% of the children at Galindo Elementary receive free breakfast and lunch.

“And the King will answer and say to them, Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.”
