Amber Fischer

I am passionate about helping families recover after tragedy.

My trial practice includes representing people who have been injured at industrial and construction sites, burn victims, families of those killed in major car collisions, and individuals negligently injured in many other settings.

I also represent children who have been injured or who have lost their parents as the result of someone else’s choices.

To serve the community, I also work as a volunteer ‘pro bono’ attorney. In that role, I have won several victories in pro bono cases representing non-profit groups and indigent clients on issues ranging from denial of Medicaid benefits to divorce proceedings in Travis County District Court.

I have lived all over, including stints in Dallas, Texas, Katy, Texas, and brief time in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I practiced under my former name, Amber MacIver, until I recently married the love of my life in 2018. My family and I live in Austin, Texas, and we love the Hill Country, hiking and barbeque.
